Cross Insurance's Newest Digital Assistant

Evan is a digital assistant that will live on our website. The current goal is to improve customer experience on the website and drive new customers towards Cross Insurance.

What can Evan do?

1. Evan can answer common insurance questions like "How frequently should I update my insurance?" or "Do I need a life insurance policy?"
2. Evan can locate the contact information of the closest Cross location based on user zipcode, just ask "Where is the closest branch to me?"
3. Evan can connect the user with an agent to provide an insurance quote, just say "I need to get a quote for car insurance"

What can't Evan do?

This version of Evan has limited functionality. In the long run Evan should be a knowledgebase for each of our customers. Currently Evan stores none of the users data, cannot use the internet, and provides no legally-binding advice.
